The Bell Tower is open Monday to Saturday from Monday the 16th of June 2025 until Monday the 25th of August 2025.

The opening hours are from 10:30am until 4:30pm. The entrance fee is £7 for adults, £5 for children (under 5s free) or £20 for a family ticket.

Inveraray is located on the west coast of Scotland on the A83 between Tarbet and Oban. It is a scenic one and a half hour drive north of Glasgow and an hour south east of Oban. There is a public car park outside the bell tower offering ample parking facilities. Use the map on the right to see where the tower is and to get directions.

Visitors to Bell Tower will find an exhibition in the base of the tower which covers the history, the bells and their ringing. A spiral staircase takes you up to the ringing chamber and then on to the bell chamber. From here the magnificent peal of 10 bells can be seen close up. A total of 176 stairs will bring you out on the roof of the tower where you will be rewarded with spectacular views of Inveraray, Loch Fyne and the surrounding mountains.
